  • How is Rimbit different from Bitcoin and all other Altcoins

To the newcomer, Rimbit may appear identical to Bitcoin and how it works, in fact, we made sure that it didnt change much, at least not just yet.
Even News sites are reporting that we are just a clone and the only thing we (or anyone that does basic research) can take from these news articles is that they embarrass themselves with their lack of any reporting skills
But that is the way much of the Bitcoin community are, as they just have no real idea of what they are doing and just following the crowd.

Thats ok with us as we know that at some stage, all Bitcoin and Altcoin users will have to move over to Rimbit !!!

    How do we know that?

Since I was a boy, LP Records where how we listened to music and thats how it was for most of my youth, never knowing any better.
Then came the CD and I was reluctant to make the change to the new technology... Could that little silver disk be better than a Record???

And what seemed like a few weeks, the whole world moved over to CD's and with it, came mp3's that only needed a digital version of the song, so it could be transmitted over the Internet.

Crypto Currency is like the monetary version of an mp3 as its in a digital format and easily transmitted over the Internet

So why will Bitcoin and Altcoin users move over?

Like the Record, Cassettes, Beta and VHS tapes, Bitcoin and all other Altcoins where built flawed and very susceptible to Corporate takeover, which is has already fallen victim to, as the core processing of Bitcoin and Altcoins are owned, nearly exclusively by Corporate Mining Companies.

And just like the stranglehold the Oil Companies have on the price of crude oil, so to will the Corporate Mining Companies begin their over-reaching control of Bitcoin and Altcoins as these Crypto Currencies have no choice but to comply to them and always hope that they dont manipulate the value of those currencies for their own profit...

So take notice when you see spikes in the market value of these coins and understand that the media will always report "why its happened" on everything except the obvious, which of course is the Corporate Mining Companies...
after all they do control over 95% of the Crypto Currency Network!

And who is that socially acceptable and corporate free Crypto Currency that Bitcoin and Altcoin user will move over too?
    Rimbit.. of course!

Rimbit knew back in 2013 that eventually mining would stop being done by CPU's, GPU's and affordable ASIC mining hardware and would HAVE TO require multiple ASIC mining hardware to continue to provide the confirmation and verification's of Bitcoin over the network, make the Peer Network part irrelevant and instead make Bitcoin run over a Corporate Network, which is what Bitcoin runs on today!

You see, Rimbit built the Crypto Currency Wallet to be confirmed and verified by other Rimbit Wallets, regardless of what hardware that wallet resides on. We even built a Raspberry Pi to run a Rimbit Wallet!
There also is no Corporate Currency Network, as every Rimbit wallet that is online is part of a true Peer Network.

Okay, but Bitcoin rewards its users... Right?

Not really, because the only rewards offered by Bitcoin is that every Bitcoin that is mined, goes to the miner... and who is that miner? Corporate Mining Companies of course.

But there are fees for sending Bitcoin... users get those fee rewards.... Yes?

Again.. Not really as those fees go to the miners and I am sure by now, you know who those miners are!

Does Rimbit offer any rewards that DONT go to miners?

Actually, Rimbit does reward users and because there is no miners involved, these rewards DO go to users.

Every Rimbit Wallet is coded to create new Rimbit within itself and does so by being online and being part of the Peer Network.

Simply put, keep your Rimbit Wallet online and get rewards by contributing to the Peer Network

Keep you Rimbit Wallet offline and unfortunately, you aren't contributing to the Peer Network and therefor, do not get any rewards

The reward is a very respectable 5% Interest per annum of your Rimbit Wallet balance that is kept Online....

Thats basically it... As you can see, Rimbit is the logical conclusion to what Bitcoin started and its only a matter of time before it becomes the only Crypto Currency to use as Bitcoin and Altcoins follow the path of Napster, who was fantastic when it was launched, but suffered due to the verification of mp3's to be located on managed servers and not the Peer Network...

So there you have it... Don't say we didn't warn you.... The News Media sure as heck wont warn you

Also, the "transaction fees" for Rimbit are destroyed instead of being collected by a person or company. To be clear, there are "fees," but these "fees" do not get deposited somewhere the way Bitcoin "fees" do.

Thats right... the fees are actually needed to make the system run....
They are not destroyed per say... They have been assigned to an address that was then destroyed....

Can you elaborate? Why are they needed to make the system run? And why are they destroyed in the way you describe? And, assuming the fees are in Rimbits too, wouldn't this mean that transactions remove Rimbit from the world? Therefore, if Rimbit transactions get high enough to overtake the 5% interest where Rimbit is created, then it'll eventually disappear? i.e. Be a victim of its own success?? Sorry if I'm being thick - just joined the forum... Thanks.

Using the basic core structure of Bitcoin, the code was built in such a way that the higher the fee you submitted, the higher the priority you get in having your Bitcoin verified...
What we did was to set the basic fee at a low percentage and make it the same for every user, making it more fair.
      The fees are in Rimbits
They are destroyed because we dont think anyone should profit from the fees as our aim is community based and as a community, who then is entitled to those fees and what they should be used for.... Destroying them removed that debate
Sure there will be a percentage less of Rimbit in the world, but this is offset by an increase in total Rimbit per year as well... this is known as your 5% interest on your wallet balance

Thanks. Makes sense. Presume my second point was silly then? That fees could outstrip interest, and the Rimbit could eventually destroy itself??
